Pan Pizza

A quick and simple recipe for pizza when you crave for one and you don’t have the time to bake and wait for it. This recipe does not make use of yeast and doesn’t require much kneading, no stretching, and pretty much no skill whatsoever to create a crisp-crusted pizza.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup All-pupose flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 tbsp Granulated white sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 125 mil Milk
  • Topping of your choice
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Pizza Sauce (See recipe notes below for Homemade Pizza Sauce Recipe)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • 1 Mix all ingredients.
  • 2 Form a dough. It will be slightly sticky dough. Keep it covered aside for 15 minutes.
  • 3 Divide dough into 3 parts. Roll out. Apply 1 tbsp Oil over it and prick it with fork all over.
  • 4 Spread pizza sauce over the base.
  • 5 Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and then topping of your choice.
  • 6 Heat a 6 inch skillet and grease it with oil all over. Slide in the pizza. Cover it on a low medium heat for 7 minutes.
