Paneer Frankie Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Ghee (as required)
  • 1 Egg (Beaten)
  • Paneer dish (See recipe notes below for Tawa Paneer Recipe link)

Instructions

  • 1 Knead dough with sufficient water to form a soft chapati dough. Cover dough and keep aside for at least 10 minutes. Then, divide the dough into 6 dough balls.
  • 2 Roll out each ball into a 6 inch chapati. Place each chapati on a hot skillet. Fry chapati and use ghee as required. Apply little egg all over the chapati.
  • 3 After few seconds, when the egg starts to dry out over chapati, place the filling. (Can use any veg or non-veg filling),
  • 4 Fold the chapati.
  • 5 Cut each frankie into 2 parts. Serve hot.
