Keep Ingredients ready. |

Cut lobster at the middle till the end of the tail using a pair of kitchen scissors. |

Push the lobster shells from both ends keeping the meat attached to the shell itself. |

Devein the lobster. (Cut the thick black thread you see). |

Fry the bacon and garlic till bacon turns crispy. |

Preheat oven at 375 deg F (190 deg C).
Sprinkle a pinch of salt on each of the lobster tails along with 1/2 tsp butter on each. Stuff lobster tails with bacon and garlic.

Top with shredded cheese. |

Bake for 8 minutes. Then remove from oven and place half a slice of cheddar cheese each on the lobster tails. Bake again for few seconds till the cheese on top melts. Sprinkle with parsley leaves and serve hot! |
