Prepare the Stuffing:- |

Given five ingredients - Mango, Red Chilies, Jaggery, Spinach and Cashew nuts. |

In a pan, add 2 tbsp oil. fry onions till soft. Add the masala. Saute for 30 seconds. |

Add in the chopped tentacles. Cook for 2-3 minutes. |

Add the ripe mangoes, adjust salt. Mix well. |

Add the spinach. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. |

Stuffing is ready. Keep it aside. |

Stuff Squids and Cook them:- |

Stuff the squids with the prepared stuffing. (Check recipe notes below on ;how to clean squids;). |

In a pan , add 2-3 tbsp oil, add the squids, fry for 2 minutes on all sides. |

Add 1 tsp masala and remaining stuffing. |
 |

Saute for 5 minutes, toss in the cashewnuts. Cook for another 2 minutes. |
