| 2 | In a microwave safe glass bowl, mix sugar and corn syrup. Microwave for 3 mins. | ![]() |
| 3 | Add peanuts, mix well. Microwave again for 3 mins. | ![]() |
| 4 | Add butter and vanilla essence. Stir well till butter melts. Microwave for another 2 mins. You will get a tanned color. | ![]() |
| 5 | Mix in the baking soda. It will foam up. | ![]() |
| 6 | Microwave for the last time for 30 seconds. It will foam up well now. Mix thoroughly. | ![]() |
| 7 | Spread immediately on a greased silicon mat or butter / wax paper. Allow to cool completely. | ![]() |
