Mix Bhaji Puri

Mix Bhaji Puri .... !!! This is one of my favorite breakfast had at local hotels in Goa. Planned on making it today for breakfast. Sharing the recipes here. No-onion and no need to pre boil the potatoes for this potato bhaji (sukhi bhaji as its called in Goa ) recipe that I have prepared. Ingredients

  • Please check the recipe notes below for all 3 recipes and their ingredients.

Instructions

For Patal Bhaji / Peas Bhaji:-
  • 1 Prepare masala for patal bhaji.(see recipe notes below).
  • 2 Cook it as per the recipe. Keep aside.
For Sukhi Bhaji / Potato Bhaji:-
  • 3 Prepare potato bhaji as per recipe below. (see recipe notes below).
  • 4 Keep the bhaji aside.
Prepare the Pooris/ Puris:-
  • 5 Prepare dough for puris as per recipe below . (see recipe notes below).
  • 6 Deep fry the Pooris.
Assemble:-
  • 7 In a plate, serve both the bhajis along with hot puris.
  • 8 Enjoy !!!

  1. For Patal Bhaji:- You can use dry whitepeas (white vatana) / Dry Green peas (green vatana) / Kabuli chana.
