Prepare the Pancakes:- |

In a bowl, add flour, salt, egg baking powder. |

Add milk as required to make a thin pancake batter consistency. |

In a small, 6 inch skillet, grease pan with ghee. Pour some batter in it. cook for 1 minute. Stuff with stuffing. |

Prepare the Stuffing:- |

In a pan, add coconut, salt, jaggery and 1/4 cup water. Cook on low flame. |

Cook till all mixture comes together. Add the cardamom powder. Leave this mixture aside. |

Assemble Pancakes:- |

Put stuffing as shown in pic. |

Roll from one side. |
 |
8 |
Overlap the sides as shown. |
 |

Roll again till you reach the end of the pancake. |

Enjoy with a hot cup of tea! |

You can also make them using a colored batter and a stuffing of coconut and sugar. This is my version. (See recipe notes below for recipe link). |

You can try the regular pancake recipe without egg
But they won’t be so fluffy .

Hi i tried first time ddnt know how much milk was to b added n i dnt think wat i made in tht i wudnt get 12 so how much exactly u require milk. Also mine were not becoming round. I like the small qty u mentioned.
