1 | Cook bacon until crispy, break into small pieces. Cook onion till soft. Mix all ingredients to make a smooth batter. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with cupcake liners. Fill half way with batter. Sprinkle Bacon and cheese. | |
2 | Fill with remaining batter 3/4 of the way full. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon bits on top. | |
3 | Preheat oven at 400 deg F(204 deg C). Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick in center comes out with a few moist clingy crumbs. Remove muffins from pan and cool on wire racks. | |
4 | Cool slightly for about 10 mins before serving. | |
5 | Cut into half to see the inside of the muffin. Enjoy! |

No , the cupcake burners will not get burnt…
Well, the pizza dough will not give you that crispy and flaky pastry. It will be like bread filled with cream.

Milk and lemon juice (mix it to make buttermilk ) and then use in the recipe
