Prepare Lemon Butter Sauce:- |

In a vessel, add the lemon juice, garlic and butter. |

Steam the Lobster Tails:- |

Cut open the lobster tail and remove the black thread from it. |

Pull the shells slightly away from the meat part. |

In a vessel, add beer. Allow it to come to a boil. |

Place 2 lobster tails at a time on a steamer plate. |
