1 | Mix the flour, rawa , besan, baking powder and cardamom powder. | ![]() |
2 | Beat ghee and sugar till fluffy. | ![]() |
3 | Add the flour mixture, do not over beat it. Knead into a dough and leave it covered aside for 2 hours. | ![]() |
4 | Preheat oven at 180 deg C( 356 deg F) Form into balls and flatten them slightly like a biscuit and place them on baking sheet. Make cross design using knife as seen in pictures. | ![]() |
5 | Garnish with crushed pistachios. | ![]() |
6 | Bake them for 20 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack. Store in an airtight container. | ![]() |
