Hi Xanti:
Good to see a Goan Chicken Curry without coconut. Would definitely like to try this out.
We have recently been cooking chicken curry using the (East-Indian) bottle masala, but we do use (canned) coconut milk for a slightly thicker gravy. I usually throw in a couple of green chillies (slit in the middle) 5 or 10 minutes before taking if off the fire – gives it a little spicy ‘kick’, and flavor, as well.
John
Hello John
You can add coconut milk as well to this curry at the end. If you want to add green chilies , you may reduce the number of spicy chilies (byadagi) that I have mentioned as this curry is very spicy:) Do give it a try though and do share your feedback π
Nice recepie 4 those on a diet lk meπ
Do give it a try Sybil π

This is one the best and easy Goan curries Iβve made. I am so happy to make something coconut free (not that I donβt like coconut). It turned out perfect. I reduced the spice level a bit By de seeding all chillies. Paired it with biryani rice and tomato onion salad. Thank you for sharing such great recipes!
