1 | Wash and clean mussels. (See Recipe notes below on 'How To Clean Mussels'). Keep them aside. Retain 10 half shells(cleaned and washed well) of the mussels for presentation. | |
2 | In a pan, add oil. Fry onions till soft. Add the green chilies. Stir in the Recheado masala, fry for 30 seconds. | |
3 | Add the mussels and salt. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. | |
4 | Keep open and cook till almost masala coats the mussels. Add the coriander. Mix well. | |
5 | Place one mussel in one half shell along with little masala in them. Serve and enjoy!!! |
