Boil the onion and cashewnut till onion turns soft. |

Grind the onion and cashew nut in mixer grinder to form a smooth paste. |

Dry roast the coriander seeds and red chilies. |

Grind them dry in a mixer grinder to form a spice powder. |

In a pan, add oil, cardamom and bay leaf, fry till you get a nice aroma from them. |

Add the onion cashewnut paste and fry for 10 minutes. |

Add the green chilies and cook for 2 minutes. |

Mix in the spice powder, curd, salt and milk cream. Cook for further 10 minutes. |

Add the paneer cubes, 1/2 cup water and cook for 5 minutes. |

Garnish with sliced almonds. Serve hot with parathas. |
