In a pan, add 1 tsp ghee, fry the nuts and raisins till nuts turn light brown in color. Keep them aside. |
2 |
In the same pan roast the rava along with the cloves on a low flame till you get a nice aroma of the cloves and rava. This will take about 5 mins.
Remove and keep rava aside.
3 |
Keeping the same pan on flame, add the water, milk, sugar, salt, color, ghee till it comes to a boil. |
4 |
Lower the flame, add the roasted rava and nuts and give it a quick stir and see that it does not form lumps. Add the cardamom powder. |
5 |
Sheera is done once it all comes together and forms a ball.
6 |
Serve at breakfast time or evening tea time.
Enjoy!!!
