1 | Wash the squids. | |
2 | Clean the squids. (Check recipe notes below on 'How to Clean Squids'). | |
3 | Chop the squids into rings and finely chop the squid tentacles. | |
4 | In a pan, add oil, kashmiri chilies. Fry the onion till soft. | |
5 | Add the squid rings and tentacles. Add salt as per taste. Fry for about 2 minutes. | |
6 | Add the kokum. | |
7 | Cook for about 5-7 minutes. | |
8 | Serve ! (Check recipe notes below for more squids recipes). |
My squids always become tuff and chewy. I dont know why. Even reduced cooking time thinking i was cooking it for too long.
