In a skillet, add oil. Crush carom seeds between your palms and add to oil and fry for a minute till you get a nice aroma from the seeds. Fry onions till soft. Add tomatoes and cook till soft. Add the turmeric, chili and coriander, pav bhaji, tandoori powders. Fry for a minute. |

Add the salt and yoghurt. |

Crush kasoori meethi between your palms and add to the dish. |

Add the paneer and butter. |

Mix gently and let the butter melt. |
