Hi xanti
Do u have a mould to shape the croquettes…..they all look yhe same size and shape….
Hi Rina
The Croquettes are hand shaped and rolled in crumbs. I have not seen or come across any mold for shaping Croquettes. I don’t think we get one either .

Hi Xanti,
What if skip adding breadcrumbs to the mixture? For the mince croquettes
Hi Teresa
Bread crumbs are added to soak up any moisture in your mince croquette mixture .
