Bacon Stuffed Lobsters with Cheese

These stuffed lobster tails are quick and easy to make. Super simple to make and you will look like an absolute professional chef!

  • 2 Lobster tails
  • Salt, as per taste
  • 2 Rashes Bacon (cut into pieces)
  • 1 tsp Parsley flakes
  • 3 Garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 4 tbsp Grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 slice Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Butter


  • 1 Keep Ingredients ready.
  • 2 Cut lobster at the middle till the end of the tail using a pair of kitchen scissors.
  • 3 Push the lobster shells from both ends keeping the meat attached to the shell itself.
  • 4 Devein the lobster. (Cut the thick black thread you see).
  • 5 Fry the bacon and garlic till bacon turns crispy.
  • 6 Preheat oven at 375 deg F (190 deg C). Sprinkle a pinch of salt on each of the lobster tails along with 1/2 tsp butter on each. Stuff lobster tails with bacon and garlic.
  • 7 Top with shredded cheese.
  • 8 Bake for 8 minutes. Then remove from oven and place half a slice of cheddar cheese each on the lobster tails. Bake again for few seconds till the cheese on top melts. Sprinkle with parsley leaves and serve hot!
