Chicken Kebabs

Basic Chicken kebabs marinated in a tangy yogurt and Indian spice mixture and grilled to perfection!

Ingredients

For the Marinade:-
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Crushed pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Aamchur powder (dry mango poader)
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
  • 3 cloves of garlic (finely sliced)
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • 4 tbsp Thick Curds
  • 2 tbsp Oil
Other Ingredients:-
  • 300 grams Boneless chicken (cut into medium sized cubes)
  • 1 large Onion (cut into cubes)
  • Dip (of your choice)
  • Salad (of your choice)

Instructions

  • 1 Mix all ingredients under 'for the marinade' in a bowl.
  • 2 Mix well to form a thick paste.
  • 3 Arrange chicken pieces and onion cubes as shown in t he picture on skewers.
  • 4 Pour marinade over the chicken onion skewer arrangement. Keep aside for at least an hour or overnight.
  • 5 Preheat oven at 400 deg F. Grill it in oven and serve hot with a dip and salad of your choice. Enjoy!!!

Recipe Notes

Make it little less spicy for kid friendly version.
