Wash fish fillets and chop them into medium sized pieces. |

In a pan, add 1/4 cup water along with fish pieces, salt and pepper. Cook fish till all water dries up. |

Mash fish with the back of a spoon. |

In a mixer grinder, add the fish, coriander powder, cumin powder and turmeric powder. Pulse it for few seconds. |

Form 4 medium sized cutlets. (Depending on the size of the burger breads). |

Dip into egg. |

Then dip into breadcrumbs. |
 |

Heat oil in a skillet. Fry the cutlets. |

Flip on other side and fry till nice and brown. |

Assemble the burgers as per your choice. I used tomato ketchup and cheese slices. |
