Marinate the chicken pieces in the ingredients mentioned under ;for the marinade'. Keep aside for atleast 30 minutes or marinate overnight. |

Deep fry the chicken pieces. |

Drain on an absorbent paper towel. |

In a pan, add oil, red chilies and cashew nut pieces. Fry till cashew nuts turn golden brown in color. |

Fry the onions till soft. Add the sauces and vinegar as mentioned above. |

Add the chicken pieces. Mix well. Add salt as required. |

Sprinkle with fresh coriander. |
