1 | Wash the fish. | ![]() |

3 | Slit through the center of the fish and debone the fish as shown in the picture. You will get 2 boneless fillets of one mackerel. | ![]() |
4 | Repeat the same for all the fish. Apply salt and lemon juice to the fish. | ![]() |
5 | Apply the masala for the fillets. Leave aside for about 20-30 minutes. | ![]() |
6 | Dip fish fillets in rava (fine semolina). | ![]() |
7 | Shallow fry the fish in a pan. | ![]() |
8 | Flip fish on the other side, fry till you get a nice golden brown color. | ![]() |
9 | Serve with salad of your choice or just enjoy it with rice and curry ! | ![]() |
