Temprado Mackerel fry

Mackerels are my all time favorite fish! This recipe is very special to me. My mom's way of making makerels. Besides recheado fried mackerels, I love this preparation as well. Even though its a little time consuming and tedious to get the fish bone out of the mackerels and make the fillets, trust me, its worth the time and effort !!!
