Marinate beef slices and keep aside for 30 minutes. |

In a pan , add 2 tbsp oil , fry the beef slices till cooked and keep aside. |

Mix soya sauce, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire Sauce,honey in a bowl and keep aside. |

In a pan, heat 2-3 tbsp oil, add red chili and cashewnuts. Fry till nuts turn brown. |

Add onion, fry till soft. Add the capsicum and carrots , fry for 5 minutes. Add the sauce mixture. |

Add the cooked beef slices. Mix well. |

Cook for another 10 minutes. Adjust salt. |

Serve as is . |
