Wash and clean the squids. (Check recipe notes below on 'How to clean squids'). |

Cut the squids into rings. |

Place the squids and tentacles in a bowl of milk and let it marinate for about 30 mins. (if using big squids marinate for 2-4 hours) |

In a bowl mix together the Salt, Red Chilli powder, flour and breadcrumbs. |

Drain the milk out and discard it. Toss small batches of the squid into the dry mix and ensure that you have covered the squid rings and tentacles completely. |

In a deep frying pan, deep fry the squids for one minute. (See recipe notes below) |

Drain them on paper towel. Serve hot with a fresh squeeze of Lime if desired. (Check recipe notes below for more squids recipes.) |
